Cancellations & deposit

To reserve your appointment we request a $50 deposit on services over $100, which is applied toward the cost of your treatment. You can cancel or reschedule at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice by messaging us on WhatsApp at (786) 608-3111.

If you cancel or change your appointment within the 48 hours prior, the deposit is non-refundable. If you miss your appointment without notice, the deposit is also not refunded and a new booking requires a new deposit.

If you arrive late, we'll do our best to see you; with a delay of more than 15 minutes the appointment may need to be rescheduled so the next clients aren't affected.

Promotions

Promotions have specific validity periods and terms, cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash, and are subject to a prior evaluation: a promotional treatment is only performed if it's right for you.

Treatment results

Results of aesthetic treatments vary from person to person and no specific results are guaranteed. All information on this site is for guidance only and does not constitute medical advice; every treatment plan is defined in a personalized evaluation.

Privacy

We only ask for what we need to look after you: your name, the service you're interested in, your preferred time and a contact phone number. Your clinical history and consent forms are collected at the spa or through Vagaro's secure channel, never over WhatsApp. We never publish photos or client conversations without written consent. To review, correct or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.
