Appointments & policies
Three ways: WhatsApp at (786) 608-3111 (the fastest), online booking through Vagaro, or calling the same number. We confirm your date and answer any questions before your visit.
You can cancel or reschedule at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. Within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with at least 48 hours' notice and we'll move your appointment to the next available date, keeping your deposit.
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.

Yes. We work with CareCredit, Cherry, Afterpay and Affirm: payment plans that let you split the cost of your treatment. We can help you apply during your visit or over WhatsApp.
Treatments
Maryge Olaves, an advanced practice nurse (APRN) with 8 years of experience in aesthetics, master injector and PMU artist, designs and supervises every MOSS protocol. She performs some services herself and entrusts others to her team, personally trained by her in the house technique. At your evaluation you'll know who will perform yours.
Most are described as mild discomfort, and topical anesthetics are used when appropriate. Sensitivity varies from person to person; at your evaluation we tell you what to expect in your case.
It depends on the treatment and on each person: none are permanent and results vary. At your evaluation you get a realistic estimate and the suggested maintenance plan.
Each treatment has its own instructions, and you take them home in writing. If any questions come up afterwards, message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you. To know whether a treatment is right for you, we always start with an evaluation.
